About reforming the City of London. 8. Concerning monopolizing post letters, and other things. 9. Concerning copy hold land. 10. Concerning law suits, and lawyers. 11. The putting down all friars. 12. About the calling of the Jews. 13. Concerning murtherers and felons, and such like capitol offenders
